This is a nice enjoyable trail with great views that starts close to China Creek Marina and follows down the East side of Alberni Inlet. At Underwood Cove you'll cross over an old cement culvert which was built back in 1918 and then hike for 2km on the old rail grade before looping back out onto a recent logging show.

   How to get To Underwood Cove     Starting from the Port Alberni's Info Center. Get on the logging road which takes you down to Bamfield. Once leaving the paved road drive on gravel for 6.5km and turn right onto the road leading down to China Creek Marina, it's only 100m on the left is where you park. Look for the sign in the tree "China Ck 1718 AZ / 004"
